Pan Mac and Cheese
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta, cooked
- 4 T butter
- 1/2 C heavy cream, warmed
- 1/2 C Parmigiano cheese, grated
- 1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
- Options: broccoli, mushrooms, peas, chicken
Instructions
- Melt the butter, then mix in the cream, then the cheese to melt. Season to taste.
- Toss the pasta into the sauce, the add the options.
- Plate and serve.
